Product returns

If the size you selected is not right or you prefer another product, no problem, we will exchange it immediately. You have 60 days from the date of receipt of the product(s) to exchange it.

If you would like an exchange, you must return the product(s) to us by post in an undamaged condition. The bracelet you wish to return ( just the bracelet without its packaging) must be placed in a paper envelope, sealed with adhesive tape and sent by post as priority mail. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee, but we will send you a new, suitable size product for free.

Before returning the product(s), please contact us by phone or email and let us know that you would like to return the product(s), as well as what size or what other bracelet you would like to exchange it for.

If you are stuck choosing a new size, feel free to call us or write to us and we will help you determine the right size.

(In the case of size or product exchange, warranty and guarantee returns, you do not need to fill out the withdrawal form.)

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products! The warranty only applies to the bracelets, we do not offer a warranty on other accessories, such as the gift box. The warranty period for the product(s) starts from the date of purchase.

In case of exchange guarantee, you must return the product to us by post. The bracelet you wish to return (just the bracelet without its packaging) must be placed in a paper envelope, then sealed well with adhesive tape and sent by post as priority mail.

The product sent in place of the defective product has a new warranty period, which comes into effect when the replaced product reaches the customer.

• The buyer does not comply with or take into account the instructions for use,
• If the product malfunctions, exposure to toxic or chemical substances, or high heat,
• Improper cleaning,
• Improper use,
• Deliberate damage: tearing, scratching the bracelets, etc.,
• Home repair,

After receiving the product, you can change your mind and cancel your purchase, you can return the product(s) to us. You have 60 days to do this. The product must be sent to us by registered mail, with all accessories, in undamaged condition, and with the printed cancellation statement. We do not accept COD packages! You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. As soon as the product has arrived, we will immediately refund the full amount to you.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must fill out the cancellation form and attach it to the package to be returned in printed form. If you are unable to print the form, you must send us the information required to complete the cancellation form by e-mail (to info@larus-shop.hu) (a signature is not required for cancellation forms sent by e-mail).
